from the unique pane of 30 discovered, very fine and rare with only 30 stamps printed with double
surcharge; ex Feltus; cert. Hass (1989) which states that this pair was originally connected at left to the
famous Byam block of four and that this is one of but two such pairs possible (NP $400).
