Inland Revenue: 1890 10s ultramarine irregular used block of 15 lettered KE-NG, each cancelled by
a light strike of the oval “ACCOUNT BRANCH / 1 Oct 94/ P.O. GLASGOW” (Scotland), some creasing as
to be expected of a used block this size though in no way affecting the very fresh and fine appearance
of this great rarity.
