Calcutta, landed at Kedgeree where the framed Kedgeree ship Letter applied, plus a send entire to

same addressee with a Kedgeree Post Office Ship Letter handstamp applied, redirected to Delhi; a fine

and rare duo.

Total handstamp filled in with manuscript, 1850 home-made envelope to Cheltenham with framed Ship

Letter date stamp with negative wafer seal of Government/ Agents/ Office, 1856 envelope to Boston,

USA with red framed INDIA handstamp, many other similar handstamp covers mostly to England

including one with ‘INDI’ variety caused by wear, a few with black framed INDIA UNPAID; a fine range

mostly in good condition (47).

handstamp with manuscript rates added; a fine pair.

1/2as” added in manuscript within single-line rectangle, large red Calcutta General Post Office transit

origin cancel.
