1933-38 10a colour trial in orange issued were stamps in blue, toned gum, fine with short perfs on top
(which apparently all known examples do). Only six examples are known to exist and all examples
have short perfs, extremely rare. An important Cochin rarity and exhibition item; ex Dan Walker.

1911-49, group of complete mint sheets incl. SG27, two SG47 incl. “Pies” variety, SG51 (stuck to
interleaving with some missing selvedge), SG55, SG68 (missing selvedge at left), SG76, SG95, SG126,
SG082 with wmk inverted (not listed by SG) and SGO93, plus Travancore-Cochin USTC 1a (no
margins) with crayon cancels on each stamp, very fine and fresh, a wonderful accumulation for the
specialist (S.G. £2’100+).

Archival CANCELLED overprinted postal stamps of Dungarpur colour trials 1/4a Orange red (unissued
colour as issued in orange yellow) and 1/2a in green (unissued colour, issued in vermilion). Also with
Court fee stamps of Gwalior state, Sabin state, Balasinor state and Maharwa state, and revenue stamps
of Dhamin state, Kumarain state, Jath state, Sabin state, all stuck on a page printed by LV Indap and
Co. Bombay. The back flap has clear instructions for postage stamps saying that “it can be printed in
books of 16 labels each...”, fine with some tone spots, archival material of Dungarpur; ex A. M. Pakvasa.
