CHARGE TO BE RAISED” machine ds, blue crayon censor marking at left, slightly roughly opened on
reverse backflap and some minor staining, an exceedingly rare usage of this overprinted Turkish Fiscal
with only one used single and three covers or cover fronts recorded; cert. BPA (1934) (S.G. £10’000
for used single).
