cancelled by tied by mute barred oval on 9.7.1859 ‘Bulletin Commercial’ newspaper masthead from
Port Louis to probably France, with red French entry cds adjacent, only three usages on newspapers
are recorded, exhibiting the exceedingly rare 1d newspaper rate; ex Schindler (Corinphila 3.1996 lot
5724 est. 4000 CHF); cert .BPA (1983).
