1024-29 Admiral 1d imperforate at left margin in mint top left corner marginal block of 8 (2x4) with four
stamps imperf. at left, only one stamp hinged, minor gum bends, very fine and scarce, apparently four
sheets are thought to have been affected by this variety, resulting in 48 examples possible.

1964 1s blue-green & ochre in horizontal strip of 5 with left margin showing from 2nd to 4th adhesive the
famous error omitted green colour resulting in MISSING QUEEN’S HEAD AND EMERALDS, a mint n.h. strip
of luxury quality and a beautiful error, the lot is accompanied also with the right part of the sheet strip of
originally 10, undoubtedly a key piece for a specialized exhibition collection (S.G. £18’000 as singles).
