creases. Some careful attention should improve this item (SG £680), plus 1911 1d pale rose-carmine
lightly mounted mint horizontal pair with marginal control number A11, RPSL certificate (1988) which
classifies it as “SG 274 (shade)”.

at left on top of a boxed “LATE FEE” cachet, with “LATE FEE 2D” adjacent, peripheral envelope faults,
reverse with wax seals of the Tarapaca and Argentina Bank, an attractive high franking.
