1924-1925 Overprint Airmail Usages: An attractive selection of nineteen (19) airmail covers from

Dublin to Baghdad, Iraq, plus a further eight (8) airmail from Paris to Dublin, all showing a fine array of

single, multiple and or mixed value frankings, paying the 6d rate to Bagdad and the 5d rate to Paris, all

neatly mounted on pages, a fine group (27).

1929 Daniel O’Connell attractive specialised assembly neatly mounted and written up on six album

pages, with complete sets of mint and used, two registered covers with a complete set between them,

all tied by WESTMORELAND ST/DUBLIN/22.JU.29 first day cancels, additionally two stampless cover/

front dated 1829 and 1839 both signed by Daniel O’Connell, a wonderful lot for the O’Connell specialist.

first day cancel. Also includes five additional covers with single frankings, two of which are used on the

official first day of issue (16.OCT.1930). A wonderful and well-balanced lot, seldom offered in such depth.
