blue squared handstamps with Rio Grande cds to right, reverse with rio De Janeiro transit (25 Out) and

arrival cds (17/11), some slight toning at edges of adhesives not unduly detracting from fresh appearance.

1879 (3 Fev) opened-out envelope to Naples, Italy franked single 100r on front and due to lack of space

a further pair applied on reverse cancelled by rare Tybagi cds, another fine strike above stamps, blue

Coritiba and black Rio De Janeiro transits, the arrival cancel also tying left-hand stamp, with contents,

some toning on front, a rare cancel taking one month to reach Rio alone, probably a unique usage.

Ouro Branco cds alongside, some repairs to paper due to ink erosion; still a fine and attractive, rare

biscet cover.

1877-78 Dom Pedro White Beard collection unused and used including multiples with noted 10r used

vertical and horizontal strips of three and block of eight used, 20r unused block of 6, used block of four,

50r with pairs and two covers with pairs, 80r unused block of 8 and 1891 200r stationery envelope

registered uprated with 80r to Paris with some toning, 100r with used block of four, two single outer

letter sheets, 200r single on 1890 envelope to Switzerland and pair on registered entire, 260r block

of four unused and 1879 envelope to London bearing 260r single franking, heavily used, 300r toned

single franking registered cover, block of four used, 700r used on piece, 1000r block of four used and

on registered part cover to Prague together with later 200r, many values with printers imprint in margin

including 1000r used; fair to fine.
