Air Post: An extensive holding of airmail stamps and covers to 1950s, both on various pages, loose or still
on dealers or auctioneers cards, numerous varieties of stamps or overprint/surcharge including 1932 GPO
postage and Air set of 18 used first day, 1932 Correo Aéreo Interior/ 1932/ Vale C 0.08 with Vale omitted
complete sheetlet of 10 and on first day cover, basic set and covers with many other varieties including 15c
red colour error and a pair imperf between 1932 Correo Aéreo Interior 1932 varieties in pairs with normal
mint n.h., 1932 Rivas Railway including air set of five on first day covers (2), set of five in sheetlets of four
mint n.h., 1933 Flag Airmail set of 11 in imperf sheetlets of 10, much airmail postal history including two
1930 Zeppelin covers, 1932 first flight cover to Bahamas, 1939 Will Rogers 1c die proof; far too much to
list, a hoard like this is hard to acquire these days, especially from such popular material.

1930s mint range of Zeppelin and airmail stamps plus an an interesting group of varieties and 20 or so
covers with an excellent range of frankings, cachets, routes etc. Nice lot, good value.

1931 Air Issue group of 8 original drawings by Carlos Rochall of the accepted designs, the drawing for the
20c including his marginal notes in pencil, 3 of the designs being the designs for the Pesos denominations
which were not issued. In addition 2 Essays affixed to cardboard for proposed 1931 provisional surcharges
from the Museo Postal, Asunción. An interesting and valuable addition to collection.
