curved layers of curls reaching to shoulders, wearing knee-length dhoti, looking to left. Goddess without halo, with left

hand resting on knee with lotus and diadem in right hand, diamond tamgha to left. Legend śrīvikkramaḥ. Kumar, TOTGE

2024, Class III, A, 8. Raven, CG2/Group10. It is uncertain whether this coin was minted under Chandragupta II or III.

EF,+, a very attractive coin, lustrous, and with good definition to details on both sides, with the usual minor edge

VF+, with some good details on the king’s tunic, a small flan with part of the king’s head struck off centre; the visible
