wearing long tails over loin cloth, excellent details on attire and jewellery, as well as the bow. Goddess resting left

hand on knee while holding diadem and long-stemmed lotus flower. Very clear legend srivikrama. Kumar, TOTGE

2024, Class III. Raven, CG2/Group 7.

EF, a very good strike with high relief. The small, irregular flan doesn’t quite accommodate the design elements, but

an attractive depiction of the king with sharp features, and an appealing reverse. Ex Chand Collection British Museum

king wearing short loin cloth and sash tied at right side, standing forward and with head turned to right, holding the

bow with left hand at middle facing him and with candra written to right of bowstring. Goddess with halo, left hand

Fine with a VF reverse, a few minor edge cracks, some double strike of lower reverse. Ex Chand Collection British
