curly hair, with long-tailed tunic over loin cloth. Goddess with halo, left hand lifted up with short-stemmed lotus

flower and double-coiled diadem in right hand. Legend śrīvikkramaḥ. Kumar, TOTGE 2024, Class III, A, 3, 4. Raven,

CG2/Group 5.

VF+, with an attractive obverse; Garuda standard with good details, both sides attractive and well-centred with lustre

with long, curly hair and a loin cloth and a long, beaded cord, standing left holding sword with left hand, attendant

at right holding parasol (chhatra) over the king with left leg raised up, circular Brahmi legend around, kṣitim avajitya

sucaritair divaṃ jayati vikramādityaḥ (Vikramāditya, having conquered the earth, wins heaven by good works).

Reverse: Lakshmi to left with left knee bent forward and hip swinging out, holding long-stemmed lotus flower in her

left hand, and diadem in right, with tamgha to left and Brahmi legend to right, vikkramādityaḥ. Kumar, TOTGE 2024,

VF, well-defined details and struck with high relief, flatness to attendant’s head on obverse, a few edge scratches. Ex

offering oblations on a fire altar, with left hand on hilt of sword; attendant at right holding parasol (chhatra) over

the king, circular Brahmi legend around. Reverse: nimbate goddess standing on lotus flower facing , holding long-

stemmed lotus flower in her left hand which rests on hip, and diadem in right, with tamgha to left and Brahmi legend

to right, vikramadityah. Kumar, TOTGE 2024, Class I, variety A. Raven, CG2/group 3.

VF+, lustrous surfaces, some sign of cleaning, an area of some edge filing at 3 o’clock position; an area of some light

scratches around the foot of the goddess on reverse, which appears to be raised, is in fact a lotus petal on which the
