Kushanas, Huvishka, c. 151-192, AV dinar, 7.84 g. (21 mm). Obverse: Crowned half-length bust left, halo around head,
holding scepter and hilt of sword, with Bactrian legend around. Reverse: Nana standing facing with head left, holding
scepter, tamgha in left field, with Bactrian legend NANO, dotted border around.
A rare Huvishka coin featuring the spelling NANO instead of the more common NANA.
VF, semi-lustrous surfaces. Ex Chand Collection 6.3.84

Kushanas, Vasudeva I, c. 190-230, AV dinar, 7.83 g. (22 mm). Obverse: Vasudeva with halo, jeweled triangular helmet,
and diadem, standing facing, head left, holding trident, sacrificing over altar to left; trident with ribbons to left,
Bactrian legend ÞAONANOÞAO BAZOΔHO KOÞANO (king of kings, Vasudeva Kushan). Reverse: Oesho standing
facing, head surrounded by partial halo, holding a garland or diadem in extended right hand and trident in left;
behind, the bull Nandi standing left, Bactrian OHÞO to right, tamgha to upper left.
F-VF, slightly bent at 2 o’clock, very good detail on obverse. Ex Chand Collection British Museum no 1.3.12.
