Kushanas, Vasudeva II, c. 275-300, AV dinar, 7.63 g. (19 mm). Obverse: Vasudeva, standing facing, head left with

conical helmet, sacrificing over altar and holding staff; trident to left, Bactrian inscription around and Brahmi letter

vasu in right field and additional Brahmi letters to right of altar and between king’s legs. Reverse: Ardoksho enthroned,

facing, holding cornucopia and diadem, tamgha left, all within dotted border.

VF-EF, struck with strong and vivid details on both sides. Ex Chand Collection British Museum no 1.5.17.

king’s legs and to the right of altar. Reverse: Ardoksho enthroned, facing, holding cornucopia and diadem, tamgha

left, Bactrian legend right APΔOXPO, within dotted border.
